Our Impact
Spreading Smiles, Changing Lives & Turning Kindness into Action Born from a small idea in 2023, Prem & Smile 4 All has grown into a trust of approximately 100 members dedicated to helping the needy. From supporting underprivileged children, funding surgeries, and donating essentials, to organising health camps and community aid, every act spreads hope, health, and happiness.
What we do
At Prem & Smile 4 All, we believe that true service is not in giving money, but in giving care, time, and expertise. Our biggest strength is our team of doctors and healers who bring medical support directly to those who need it most.
We organise medical camps
Organizing free dental, eye, and general health check-up camps, and facilitating life-saving surgeries for children and adults.
We donate blood
Regularly conducting blood donation drives, senior citizen health check-ups, and awareness programs.
We provide care to senior citizens
Providing holistic treatment through homeopathy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, naturopathy, and healing therapies.
We extend support
Supporting communities in disaster-hit or remote areas with essentials like woollens, smoke-free chulhas, and daily needs.

Good Morning Ma’am, we would like to say thank you for helping us with the uniforms. This is a big help to our children. We have 283 children under our care (94 of them are orphan children). They come to our shelter with just one or two pair of clothes. They were so happy to receive this uniform. Please do visit us sometime in the future.
